I think I don't have to tell you anymore that you can and should try to find good deals on second life platforms like vinted or vestiaire collective. they are pretty good to buy or sell. let's be honest, quality is a factor that in most cases has a lot to do with the use we give to the pieces. respecting labels or instructions for use is crucial.
over the past few years, I have become an active seller on both platforms. my vinted account is where I put all my family stuff, kids, husband, fast fashion brands and even high-end brands.
at vestiaire collective vestiaire collective is where all my good stuff to sell. good things more difficult to sell and that I have all the documents and that I keep labels. and yes some products to sell for a better change i have in both sides.
in both places, you need to have a good price point, so you shouldn't charge more than the brand (only if it's a like rare product). if the product is in good condition, I usually put less 30-40% of what i paid.
take good photos. today all phones have good cameras, so you just need to find a white sheet at home and a bright time of day. take all the photos. no doubt, clear images and good photos help with sales. people need to understand what they are buying.
you need to answer all your customers' doubts. I must admit not easy when we have multiple tasks and this is just something we do to not have a huge amount of stuff pilling in house.
list regularly. so imagine you have multiple items you want to sell, it's better to list a few items at a time each day over several days than everything in the same day. this way you will keep your followers engaged in your profile.
other tips are a good description, make sure you identify all the flaws and defects, you make offers or bundles. use all the tools that these platforms have at your disposal and you will be a good seller. but for me that 4 rules (price point, good pictures, doubts, presence) are enough to keep me active with a balance that allows me to re-invest in new products with the balance I just gain. let me now show you something very cool that I have in favorites:
