Will my order arrive in time for Christmas?
We recommend ordering your Christmas gifts as early as possible. Delivery times depend on your destination and the availability of each piece. Always check the estimated dispatch time on the product page before ordering. Pre-order, personalized and selected Fine Jewelry pieces may take longer.
All CINCO pieces are handmade in Portugal through a detailed process involving many precise and time-intensive steps. As we are not a mass-production store, each piece requires its own time to be crafted, finished, checked, and prepared, which means production may take longer than with standard mass-produced jewellery. This care is part of what makes every CINCO piece special.
What is your Christmas exchange policy?
Eligible purchases made from 15 November can be exchanged until 15 January, giving you extra time over the holiday season. Our usual return conditions still apply.
Will my order arrive ready to gift?
Yes. If you select gift packaging, your CINCO jewelry arrives in our signature packaging, ready to give.
Can I send a gift directly to someone?
Yes. Simply enter the recipient's address as the delivery address at checkout. We can even write a special note.
Can I send a CINCO e-gift card?
Yes. A CINCO e-gift card lets the recipient choose the piece that feels like theirs, making thoughtful gifting easy.
What if I don´t know their size?
Our Size Guide can help you find the right fit. If you're still unsure, get in touch with us before ordering and we'll be happy to help.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow it all the way to its destination.
